Thank you for considering Babb's Coffee House to cater your event! Please read the info on this page as it will answer many questions you may have. Please call with any additional questions or to check to make sure your special day is available for catering, we usually require a minimum of 25 guests for a catered event. However, we may be able to accommodate smaller groups. Please call to ask.

About the Menu:
Your catered event is not limited to what is on the menu. These are just ideas to help you make a decision on what you would like. We can make any special meal specific to your event.

The prices listed on the menu include buffet-style service.

When you choose Babb's, you will always receive well-presented, flavorful, & high quality ingredients.

Billing & Payment:

Please keep in mind that our conference room & catering calendar fills up quickly & we may have to turn away other customers in order to ensure you and your event are given proper attention. Because of this we may ask you to sign an agreement and make a deposit to secure your date & menu.

A final guest count is required one week prior to you event and that is the number we must use for billing purposed. Dales tax must be added to your bill. Some venues charge us a fee to provide food on their premises and such fees incurred by us will also have to be added to your bill.

Final payment is due in full the day of your event. An incredible amount of planning, organization & labor goes into each event. If you were pleased with the service you received, please consider leaving a gratuity.

Cash or check is preferred payment. If a credit card is used, we must charge a 4% processing fee.
